This is a conversion chassis which makes the YD - 2E series a double deck, long wheelbase chassis. By extending the wheelbase (distance from the front axle to the rear axle) by 19 mm, the cornering and straight running stability are improved and the response becomes slightly milder than the standard. The chassis is made of a matte graphite. Only 275mm bodies can be used, these are available in four popular sedan type models.
